Consumers want smaller portions and/or a variety of portion sizes to choose from, according to a new study conducted by The Hartman Group, a consumer research and consulting firm.

BELLEVUE, Wash. — Consumers want smaller portions and/or a variety of portion sizes to choose from, according to a new study conducted by The Hartman Group, a consumer research and consulting firm.
