Open for business
The newest Harmons store opened in Santa Clara, Utah, in late February. The 67,000-square-foot location includes a cooking school, chef-prepared foods, a gelato bar and other expansive perishables departments.
Forty percent of the store’s power comes from solar panels.
C is for cookie
Harmons’ scratch-made cookies are baked with real butter.
A passion for food
One wall of the store features refrigerated cases with a wide variety of meats.
Mozzarella is made in-store. The Santa Clara location also features a gourmet cheese island in the deli department.
The deli/prepared foods area includes a carving station serving hot entrees, salad bar, olive bar, soup bar, sushi and more.
Get your caffeine fix
The café offers a variety of coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos and machiattos, as well as tea and hot cocoa.
Chalk it up
The store employs a chalk artist to create its signs, like this one in the produce department.
The choice is yours
Harmons marks healthy options with a “Dietitians Choice” tag. A registered dietitian works in-store.
Handpicked for your health
Healthy checkout lanes are stocked with better-for-you snacks.
The retailer also calls out items that are local to Utah in each aisle.
