The ribbon-cuttings kicked off a six-week celebration that will include weekend parking-lot events featuring music and product sampling, plus discounts to local sporting events and concerts
New name
Los Altos, the new name for the stores, refers to a region in Mexico from which both families that own the stores — the Cardenas and Gonzalez families — originated.
A presidential welcome
