Acosta Sales & Marketing will acquire Southern Sales Solutions, Kenner, La., it announced Wednesday.
The move will grow Acosta’s foodservice division — which provides integrated sales and marketing solutions for food and nonfood manufacturers, distributors and operators across all away from home meal channels — in the Central and Southeast regions, the company said.
“Southern Sales Solutions is one of the leading foodservice agencies in the Southeast with an impressive track record and strong local relationships,” said Mark Hayden, president, Acosta Foodservice, in a statement. “Together, we will be able to provide unmatched personalized service to manufacturers, distributors and operators in Louisiana and Mississippi.”
