Video: Giroux says customer-centricity is core Metro strategy

SN 2014 Marketer of the Year Marc Giroux says Metro recognizes that customer-centricity “as one of the key pillars of our strategy” and as such Metro has worked with Dunnhumby to initiate a corresponding loyalty program.
