BURBANK, Calif. -- To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Winnie the Pooh, Walt Disney Home Video is planning a year-long promotional campaign.

The Winnie the Pooh videos also will benefit from promotional campaigns by Disney, Mattel Toys, Hallmark and Johnson & Johnson supporting new lines of licensed merchandise.
The $12.99 line debuted on Jan. 1, when the original four adaptations of the A.A. Milne stories were re-released as the "Pooh Storybook Classics." Three more titles in a collection called "Pooh Playtime" will be released on Feb. 18, with three more volumes to come out on May 6 as the "Pooh Learning" collection.
Disney is offering a free Pooh picture frame to consumers who buy one of the "Pooh Playtime" volumes. The offer is good through June 30, or while supplies last.
