ORLANDO, Fla. -- World Commerce Online here, a global business-to-business, e-commerce Web site for fresh foods, has announced the acquisition of ProduceOnline.com, an e-commerce provider for buyers and sellers of fresh produce. ProduceOnline.com was purchased for stock and assumption of liabilities. ProduceOnline.com, founded in 1999, is maintaining its management team and offices in Pasadena and Salinas, Calif., said officials.
