Delivery can be scheduled for the same day, next day or even as much as several weeks later, according to the Web site. Same-day delivery, and delivery at any time for orders less than $40, cost $8.95. Orders delivered next-day or after range in cost from $3.95 to $6.95, depending on order size.
Although the retailer prefers that shoppers accept their own orders, groceries can be left with a designated person, such as a doorman at an apartment building. However, in such instances, food integrity can't be guaranteed, the chain said.
