SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Penn Traffic Co. here said last week it expects to spend approximately $100 million during the next 18 months for new, enlarged and remodeled stores and other investments following approval last Thursday of its joint plan of reorganization by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
