Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt is free from sugar but it’s packed with plenty of helpful nutrients. Oikos has created a brand using Stevia, a sugar substitute, and is available in a variety of flavor combinations like Peanut Butter Banana, Salted Caramel and Banana Cream. Each individually packaged cup contains 15 grams of protein.
Easy to digest
The newest line from Greek yogurt purveyor Chobani is lactose-free and easy to digest but with all the protein of traditional dairy products. Available in a yogurt cup format or a drinkable beverage, each serving has between 15-25 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber and no added sugar.
Yogurt with a twist
Yoplait Gushers are a collaboration between Gushers fruit snacks and Yoplait, the makers of lunchtime treat GoGurt, and are only available for a limited time. Three gushers flavors — Green Apple, Blue Raspberry and Tropical Punch — are available and packed with “flavor beads” to create the illusion of Gushers in the yogurt.
What a spread
Tillamook has introduced a new line of Farmstyle Cream Cheese Spreads in flavors including Original, Aged Cheddar, Very Veggie and Seriously Strawberry. Each serving contains about 100 calories, 10 grams of fat and 2 grams of protein. Tillamook Cream Cheese Spreads are made with no gums, fillers, stabilizers or preservatives.
