A survey of 1,500 American shoppers across all age groups, conducted for SN by Allrecipes.com, shows that Millennials are using their smartphones for recipe searches far more than older generations — even going so far as to rely on their mobile devices to look up last-minute dinner ideas while shopping in the supermarket. They also exhibit other key differences than older generations, such as preferring recipes that incorporate ingredients on hand.
