DALLAS — 7-Eleven here said Friday that it has agreed to acquire 55 stores from Sam’s Mart, in a move that would return the convenience banner to the Charlotte market for the first time since 1988.
7-Eleven said it would convert the stores to the 7-Eleven banner following the completion of the deal next month. Sam’s Mart will continue to operate 91 convenience stores that were not included in the deal.
