SEATTLE — Amazon Fresh, the Internet grocery delivery company associated with the e-commerce giant, has expanded its delivery area to two additional ZIP codes in the Seattle area and expects to cover the entire metro area by year-end.
Amazon Fresh is funded by Amazon.com, but operates as a stand-alone business, providing Internet grocery ordering and delivery. It currently serves 49 ZIP codes in Seattle.
An Amazon official told Bloomberg News this week that the service will be available throughout the Seattle metro area within three months.
