ADDISON, Ill. — Angelo Caputo’s Fresh Market, a six-store grocer here, has installed the S4G fresh-food self-service kiosk from ADUSA, Lombard, Ill. The kiosk is designed to let customers self-order a range of items in the fresh-food area of the store, including meats, cheeses, prepared salads, entrees and side dishes.
The kiosks “make it so easy for [customers] to place their orders and get the products they came in for without waiting on line,” said Robertino Presta, chief executive officer, Angelo Caputo’s Fresh Market, in a statement. “Equally important to us is that kiosk orders take less time to prepare, so we’ll benefit on the labor side as well.”
