GREENVILLE, S.C. — Bi-Lo has instated a new satisfaction guarantee that doubles the money back for any customer that is unsatisfied with an item purchased in the store, for any reason.

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Bi-Lo has instated a new satisfaction guarantee that doubles the money back for any customer that is unsatisfied with an item purchased in the store, for any reason.

“We strive to deliver the freshest-quality products along with a dedication to our customers that extends beyond our ‘savings without sacrifice’ promise,” said Michael Byars, president and chief executive officer of Bi-Lo, in a statement.

The new policy joins existing programs such as Price Lock savings that are locked in for an eight-week period; Senior Bonus Day where seniors get a 5% discount every Wednesday; and Meal Deal opportunities to buy specially priced products and get complimentary items for free.
