COLUMBUS, Ohio — Mettler Toledo, a leading global supplier of precision instruments and services, has announced the launch of a new Customer Council for Fresh Food retailers.
An open meeting will be held on Jan. 26-28 next month in New Orleans, allowing interested retailers, merchandisers, IT staff and process specialists to voice opinions on new perishables department technologies and solution developments.
“We have created this council to honor the needs of our clients,” Brian Hipsher, retail business leader at Mettler Toledo, said in an announcement. “The most important aspect of the council event is engaging with our customers to explore various solution options, and jointly decide on the best ideas to pursue. With their feedback, we are able to continually innovate to provide our customers the most valuable solutions for the fresh department.”
The show will feature interactive roundtable discussions, presentations on industry trends, one-on-one sessions with industry experts, a technology showcase, and a voting session on features for the company’s new products.
