PLEASANTON, Calif. — Safeway here said it has entered into a partnership with OfficeMax, Naperville, Ill., this week to carry OfficeMax products in all of its approximately 1,600 U.S. stores. In July, Safeway began carrying about 300 OfficeMax products in co-branded aisle displays, including seasonal promotional items and everyday school and office supplies.
