Advantage Sales & Marketing will partner with Smollan Group, a provider of sales and marketing solutions in developing and emerging markets across five continents, to become a global provider of outsourced sales and marketing solutions for retailers and CPG companies.
Under the terms of the partnership, Advantage will make an investment in Smollan and the companies will provide global services with Advantage taking responsibility for execution in North America, and Smollan taking the lead with execution in Africa, the Middle East, South America, Australia and East and South Asia. The companies will offer a unified solution across Europe through a newly formed joint venture.
