SAN ANTONIO — With its new Ready, Set, Cook! contest, H.E. Butt Grocery Co. is challenging customers to cook at home one additional night per week.
Each week of the challenge, H-E-B dietitians will provide healthy recipes. Registrants who prepare a new recipe each week for eight consecutive weeks will be entered in a drawing to win free groceries for a year plus $1,000 kitchen upgrade, and a shopping tour with an H-E-B dietitian. Second prize is $1,000 H-E-B gift card. Ten $100 gift cards, 20 $50 gift cards and 30 $25 gift cards will also be awarded.
At the end of the challenge, participants can submit their favorite family recipes for a healthy makeover by H-E-B’s dietitians.
