A recently renovated Kings Food Markets store in Morristown, N.J., features an upscale salad bar concept called Salad Mixology.
Customers can choose from over 35 items — including greens, protein, fruits and vegetables, toppings and dressings — to create a custom salad.
On Facebook, customers offered praise for the salad bar.
