Market Bistro has soft lighting, well-placed spotlights and artistic flourishes such as the trees above a seating area.
New York state of mind
Price Chopper started down the fresh foodservice road with the Jewish-style deli Ben & Bill's at a few locations. Neil Golub sent corporate chef David Hamlin to New York for a week to research the delis. The menu has several recipes from the former Albany deli Joe's.
