A Kroger store in Atlanta’s Brookhaven neighborhood caters to shoppers with an outsize produce section, fresh prepared foods, and other standout perishables departments. The store reopened in early 2014 after a renovation that added 30,000 square feet, bringing the store’s total footprint to 89,000 square feet.
Kroger has increased its local and organic produce offerings as customers have demanded more of such products.
