With an eye on improving the customer experience — and boosting sales — Target has been making enhancements across departments at 25 stores in the Los Angeles area. Dubbed LA25, the project brings together in one location about 35 changes that have been piloted separately at other stores.
“At Target, we're always looking for ways to create an exceptional shopping experience for guests,” Mark Schindele, SVP, Target Properties, said in a statement. “Our teams are learning a lot from LA25, and we’re excited to see how these newest enhancements fit into the mix.”
