Bashas’ newly remodeled Diné Market store in Chinle, Ariz., is the first Native American reservation store that the Basha family opened and it’s also the first Diné Market to get a full store remodel.
Bashas’ Diné Markets are located on the Navajo Nation and cater to members of the Navajo community with fresh prepared foods such as Navajo tacos made with traditional fry bread, products like 25-pound bags of Blue Bird flour and tribal staple brands such as Spam. Lamb is also a large seller in these communities, a spokesperson told SN.
