2021 SN Center Store Report
Even with last year’s center store sales explosion attributed to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, retailers are still optimistic about the category’s continued growth in 2021. Three-quarters of grocery retailers surveyed say they expect unit sales in center store in 2021 to remain the same or increase compared to 2020 — with 40% anticipating unit sales increases of more than 5%.
