Dumais Wins NGA Association Leadership Award

ARLINGTON, Va. — The National Grocers Association here said it has presented its Association Leadership Award to John Dumais, president and chief executive officer of the New Hampshire Grocers Association, for "his dedication and continued service as a true community-focused state association executive."

Dumais has headed the New Hampshire Grocers Association since 1974. He is also a past NGA board member; past chairman of the Asparagus Club; past chairman of the Food Industry Association Executives; and a former board member of the Food Marketing Institute.

"NGA is proud to recognize John for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the grocery industry, the state of New Hampshire, and the many charitable and community organizations he has served," said Tom Wenning, executive vice president and general counsel, NGA, who presented the award at the NGA Government Day. "This award is a real tribute to the high regard in which he is held by his members and officials throughout the state."
