NEW YORK — SN and food industry analyst Phil Lempert, also known as the “Supermarket Guru,” have formed a content partnership that will deepen and expand the levels of information and analysis available to the supermarket industry.
Under this arrangement, which begins today, Lempert, chief executive officer of “The Lempert Report” and SupermarketGuru.com, will become contributing editor of SN, which will exclusively run his columns both in its magazine and on its website. Moreover, SN will publish consumer surveys based on responses from the extensive SupermarketGuru.com consumer panel.
SN's website will also showcase “The Lempert Report” and “New Products Hits and Misses” video reports that analyze new consumer products and industry trends. Meanwhile, the SupermarketGuru.com website and videos will incorporate Supermarket News content relevant to its users.
