Salaries have been rounded off to the nearest $5,000.
Consolidation, acquisitions and other market factors have warranted a regrouping of the sizes of companies versus previous years. Large companies are those with annual sales of $10 billion and over; medium companies are $2 billion to $10 billion; and small companies are $500 million to $2 billion.
