Pronto Eats is a 1,000-square-foot, convenience-based grocery store inside the Hudson’s Bay Centre shopping mall and office development in downtown Toronto.
Pronto Eats caters to busy workers and commuters by offering a range of choices for each of the 35 meal and snacking occasions per week.
The new Pronto Eats will feature a specialized Longo’s Café service.
Pronto Eats will mark Longo’s first cashless store, allowing customers to skip the checkout line by paying for their items via the Ritual food app on their smartphones.
Located at Yonge and Bloor Streets in Toronto, Pronto Eats is in the heart of Toronto’s PATH underground pedestrian complex, which has 30 kilometers of shopping and entertainment and connects more than 50 buildings and office towers.
The store also will offer delivery and free pickup through Longo’s Grocery Gateway online service.
Fresh, prepackaged healthy fruit and vegetable snacks are available for commuters on the go.
For the morning rush in the PATH pedestrian complex, fresh baked goods are featured at Pronto Eats’ café.
