Buehler’s Fresh Foods now sells Coho salmon from an Ohio aquaculture farm all year long.
Wild Coho salmon are typically available in summer and fall.
Homestead Springs Farm raises the salmon on sustainable feed and without the use of antibiotics.
“We are fortunate to have Spring Coho Salmon in our backyard,” Dan Shanahan, president and COO of Buehler’s Fresh Foods, Wooster, Ohio, said in a statement. “We think our customers will appreciate the natural farming methods and the sustainable qualities of this salmon.”
