Long Islanders will find better-than-expected value in the floral area.
A bulk food display in the center store lets customers pour their own nuts and candy.
Shoppers also can meet their pet care needs at the West Babylon Lidl.
Next week, Lidl plans to open its next Long Island store in Huntington, N.Y., with the other announced stores in the region opening by summer 2020.
