The salad bar, located near the front of the store close to the prepared foods counter and the soup bar, utilizes a metal fixture to a different look.
The OKI sushi bars, tended by certified sushi chefs using fresh ingredients, do a big business at lunchtime and pick again around dinnertime.
Stores feature approximately 1,000 produce items during the summer, including 800 conventional and 200 organic varieties.
