JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Acosta Sales & Marketing on Monday said it is acquiring three Southwestern foodservice companies: Lott Marketing, LaFond Food Brokers and Kirkpatrick Brokerage Co.

Acosta entered the foodservice sales and marketing business in March and has built a presence across the East Coast with a series of acquisitions. Lott Marketing adds operations in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico; LaFond Food Brokers operates in Arizona and Nevada; and Kirkpatrick Brokerage Co. in Colorado.

Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.

“These agencies are integral additions to our growing foodservice division,” said Mark Hayden, Acosta’s newly appointed foodservice division president. “Each brings market leadership in their respective geographic areas, as well as top-notch associates, that will help propel us as we continue to build the leading foodservice agency platform in the U.S. and serve the industry with best-in-class sales and marketing services.”
