Food Enterprises Names VP
ank J. Cassata has joined Food Enterprises of New York, a food brokerage here, as vice president for new business, a new position. He reports to president Murray Rosen.
Cassata comes to the firm from Food Associates, Kearny, N.J., where he was a partner and a corporate vice president. Before joining Food Associates in 1983, he was chief executive officer and executive vice president at Boerner Co., New York. Food Enterprises and Boerner are divisions of Merkert Enterprises, Canton, Mass.
Cassata currently is on the board of directors for the National Frozen Food Association, Harrisburg, Pa.
