How the research was conducted: The 2018 Fresh Foods Survey was conducted online from March 9 through March 28. We received a total of 159 usable responses: 32% were retailers and/or wholesalers; 28% were manufacturers; 6% were distributors; 16% were consultants; 3% were marketing; 1% were sales agency; and 6% were other. Unless otherwise notes, all results are for the full respondent audience.
