DE PERE, Wis. — Bakery departments at two Skogen’s Festival Foods stores created cupcakes inspired by hit summer children’s movies.
The cupcakes use Twinkies as the base for characters from “Turbo” and “Despicable Me 2.”

Skogen’s posted pictures of the cupcakes from the De Pere and Neenah, Wis., stores on its Facebook page. Customers responded with positive comments.
“I am going to have to get a couple of these tonight — my son LOVES the minions on Despicable Me!” said one fan.
