Natural, organic and specialty grocer Plum Market will open its first airport express location in the Detroit Metropolitan Airport next year.

The market's WineBar will serve local craft beers, specialty mixed drinks and wines selected by America’s first certified female Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon. A Zingerman’s Coffee Bar and foods from Zingerman’s Bakehouse, Creamery and Candy Manufactory, will also be featured.

Locally grown organic produce, grab and go natural and organic snacks and beverages, and natural and holistic wellness products, will likewise be merchandised.

“Plum Market inspires guests to Live Well, with Taste,” said Matt Jonna, the president and co-founder of four-store Plum Market, in a statement. “The new Detroit airport location will offer travelers more convenient and quality healthy eating options while on-the-go.”
