Fairway names Carlow new chief merchandising officer

Fairway Group Holdings, New York, said that Dorothy Carlow will be joining the company as chief merchandising officer, effective Nov. 3.

Carlow will lead the merchandising team and the company's buying and sales strategies.

Carlow comes to Fairway from her most recent position as CMO of Earth Fare, where she worked previously under Murphy.
