NEW YORK — FreshDirect is planning to expand its online grocery service delivery area to Bergen County, N.J., effective Monday, Feb. 14.

The company, which delivers from a warehouse in the New York City borough of Queens, expanded to nearby Union and Essex counties in New Jersey last fall.

Rick Braddock, chief executive officer, will accompany opening-day deliveries to Paramus, Garfield and East Rutherford, according to local reports.
