MINNEAPOLIS — Scott Lutz has been appointed as the new chief executive officer for Grocery Store Network, the online marketing and advertising firm said Tuesday. GSN founder and former CEO Andy Robinson has been named chief knowledge officer, the company added.

Lutz has more than 30 years of senior level experience in brand management with companies including Proctor & Gamble, General Mills, ConAgra and Continent LLC, where he served as CEO. Most recently Lutz served with Life Time Fitness.

“Grocery Shopping Network now enters a new phase of growth with Scott’s arrival,” Richard Andolshek, executive chairman of GSN, said in a statement. “His skills and expertise will accelerate GSN’s momentum as we expand our reach and services, adding to the innovations in our platform. Grocery Shopping Network has achieved a leadership position under the helm of Andy Robinson; we look forward to advancing that success further.”
