SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Price Chopper Supermarkets here announced a partnership with SavingStar that allows shoppers to select offers at SavingStar.com that are linked to their Price Chopper AdvantEdge loyalty card. To enter the program shoppers register their card number at SavingStar.com. Upon buying promoted products at Price Chopper, the savings is collected in an account that is linked to one of the following: a bank deposit, a Paypal deposit, an Amazon gift card or a donation to charity. According to Price Chopper’s Facebook page, there is currently $19 worth of savings for Price Chopper shoppers at SavingStar. “Each month there are several offers loaded onto the SavingStar website for you to activate,” said the chain.
