HOUSTON — The Central Market Cooking School is gearing up for “Pop Up Lebanese Dinners with Anissa Helou.”

One of the foremost experts on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, Helou will serve a seasonal meal of Lebanese specialties on Tuesday in Houston, Wednesday in Dallas and Thursday in Austin, while narrating slides of the markets, kitchens and food stalls that she’s discovered on her travels.
