Aldi is opening four new locations in Illinois, Florida, California, and Arizona, and another store could be taking the place of a shuttered Bed Bath & Beyond location in suburban Las Vegas.

The four new stores are all scheduled to open on Feb.1, the discount grocer said. Aldi did not confirm whether it is moving forward with plans to open a store in the suburban Las Vegas city of Henderson.

The stores Aldi announced will open in February are located at:

  • 32130 Temecula Parkway in Temecula, Cali.

  • 4555 E. Cactus Road in Phoenix, Ariz.

  • 6765 22nd Ave. in St. Petersburg, Fla.

  • 200 E. Devon Ave. in Bartlett, Ill.

The Batavia, Ill.-based grocery will offer gift bags and the chance to enter a sweepstakes on opening day at the new locations.

The possible Henderson location was reported on by several Las Vegas area news organizations. Fox 5 KVVU-TV said the possible Aldi would be located near the intersection of Sunset Road and Marks Street.

The report noted that Aldi submitted plans to the city of Henderson in early January for the new store.
