DALLAS — Nearly two dozen of the world’s best brewmasters will descend on H-E-B’s Central Market Wednesday to host samplings, talk one-on-one with enthusiasts and share recipes that take beer from pint to plate.

The festivities are part of the retailer’s annual weeklong beer celebration. Representatives from Blue Moon, Full Sail, Harpoon Brewery, Unibroue, Real Ale and Alaskan Beer will host beer dinners and take part in all-about-beer classes in Central Market's Cooking Schools.
