NANUET, N.Y. — Fairway Market will be joining the tenant lineup at the Shops of Nanuet, an open-air shopping center being built at the site of a former mall in Rockland County, N.Y., developer Simon Property Group said Thursday.

New York-based Fairway will be building a 66,000-square-foot store at the center, Simon said. The store is expected to open in the fall 2013. The store will be the 10th location for the fast-growing private specialty chain, which specializes in fresh foods and specialty departments including coffee, cheese and olive oils.
