CARLISLE, Pa. — Giant Food Stores here said yesterday it has promoted Jodie Daubert to senior vice president of perishables and named Todd Patti to succeed her as vice president of general merchandise, health & beauty care and fuel. Daubert has 21 years of experience with Giant, which is a division of Ahold USA.
