Tom Thumb Closing HQ Store: Report

DALLAS — A Tom Thumb store that also houses the chain’s head offices will be closing early this summer, according to a report in Dallas Morning News.

Tom Thumb, a division of Pleasanton, Calif.-based Safeway, has not yet decided on a new location for its offices, the report added.

Tom Thumb operates 20 stores in the Dallas area.
