WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. — Tops Friendly Markets here said Thursday it has launched electronic coupons that can be loaded directly to its loyalty cards.

The Click-to-Card coupons have been added to the Coupon Central area on the Tops website, which also offers SmartSource printable coupons and lists Catalina checkout coupon offers. Customers add the Click-to-Card coupons to their Tops BonusPlus or BonusCard and redeem them at checkout.

In addition, customers can also take advantage of a digital tie-in of Click-to-Card coupons available on sale items in Tops’ online weekly ad and the recipe section of the Tops website, as well as Tops’ mobile website.

“We’re always looking for ways to offer our customers an enhanced shopping experience,” said Frank Curci, Tops’ president and chief executive officer. “The Click-to-Card option allows us to focus on bringing our customers enhanced value while making it even more convenient to save at Tops.”

This new initiative is designed, implemented and managed in cooperation with Tops by Inmar, and custom web services provided by Webstop.

Tops operates 132 locations in New York and Pennsylvania.
