ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Coborn’s Inc. here has hired Target Corp. veteran Lisa Ellis as director of real estate, the company said.
She has more than 20 years of experience in property administration and legal counsel, including the last nine years working in Target's real estate department. In her career at Target and other organizations over the last two decades, she has gained real estate experience in development, site selection, investment and project management, Coborn's said.
Ellis will assist Chris Coborn, the chain’s president and chief executive officer, “with the development, implementation and oversight of a real estate plan,” the company said.
