The renewed agreement with Albertsons includes provisions for a system upgrade that will allow customers to interact face-to-face with customer-care agents while completing their MoneyGram transactions, the company said. The agreement also includes provisions for new signs directing customers to the service desk for all MoneyGram support.

“Customers will now be able to initiate as well as complete their MoneyGram transactions with friendly store associates, allowing for a more personal and informative user experience,” said Pete Ohser, senior vice president of U.S. and Canada at MoneyGram, in a statement.
